Produced between May and June, it is a honey that tends to crystallize.
As a liquid, its color is amber while during crystallization it tends to become lighter.
The smell and aroma are slightly fruity – medium intensity – of muscat grapes and peach.
Pairings:
The most suitable honey to sweeten herbal teas, tea or milk before resting; in the kitchen it can be combined with the butter sage and rosemary seasoning for first courses, an excellent substitute for sugar in cocktails.
