Produced between June and July, it is a honey with a very light colour and when crystallised it tends towards a milky white.
The aroma and flavor are very delicate and recall vegetal notes of white flowers. On the palate it gives a sensation of freshness and recalls ripe banana and milk candy.
Pairings:
Excellent sweetener for drinks that does not alter flavours, appreciated in the kitchen in the preparation of desserts and infusions and to be combined with soft and semi-hard goat cheeses and a large variety of cow's milk cheeses.
