ORIGIN: PAESTUM
Our pollen, dehumidified at low temperatures, is born in the uncontaminated nature of the Cilento National Park and in selected pastures of our peninsula.
Its pleasant, floral aroma recalls the scents of the flowers from which it is derived .
The recommended daily dose is one tablespoon per day which is equivalent to 10/15 grams .
Pairings:
For breakfast, it can be melted in the mouth in its natural state or mixed with any drink, as long as it is not too hot. It is very popular with yogurt, muesli, fruit salads and ice cream. It can also be used in cooking in biscuits, cakes, muffins; added in creaming in risottos, in meat second courses for example as breading.
