Ready-to-use sauce made from pork, UHT cream, black winter truffle (Tuber brumale Vitt) and black truffle (Tuber melanosporum Vitt) NET WEIGHT: 180 g

COLOR:

Cream colored with evident pieces of black truffle.

INGREDIENTS: Ingredients: Pork meat 40%, UHT cream, water, extra virgin olive oil, black truffle mince: black winter truffle (Tuber brumale Vitt.) 3%, prized black truffle (Tuber melanosporum Vitt.) 0.5%, salt, flavouring.

HOW TO USE: Ready-to-use ragù. Use as a condiment for egg pasta, stuffed pasta and semolina pasta. Also ideal for croutons, savory pies, vol-au-vents, quiches, escalopes, roast beef etc.

RECOMMENDED DOSES: A 180g jar to season 250g of pasta

FLAVOUR: The typical truffle flavour gives this product an extraordinary aroma.
