TRUFFLE

PRODUCT:

Condiment based on champignon mushrooms, black olives and summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.)

INGREDIENTS:

Champignon mushrooms 58%, sunflower seed oil, summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 5%, black olives, salt, flavourings, aromatic plants, stabiliser: ferrous gluconate.

HOW TO USE:

Ready-to-use seasoning either alone or as an addition to fresh truffles and other sauces. Integrate with butter, broth and Parmigiano Reggiano to taste. Do not heat or overcook the product to prevent the truffle aroma from dispersing. Seasoning for first courses, meats, fish, boiled vegetables, eggs, croutons and pizzas and fillings for meats and pastas.
