SUMMER TRUFFLE GROUND IN OIL

PRODUCT:

Seasoning made from ground summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) preserved in oil.

INGREDIENTS:

Summer truffle mince (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 50%, sunflower seed oil, salt, flavouring.

HOW TO USE:

Ready to use seasoning either alone or as an addition to fresh truffles and other sauces. Do not heat or overcook the product to prevent the truffle aroma from dispersing. Seasoning for first courses, meats, fish, eggs and croutons.

RECOMMENDED DOSES:

15/20 per person.

TASTE:

Delicate and balanced flavour typical of summer truffle.
